Bishok Dhungana, a partner of KKM CPA Associates PLLC, has served an integral role in growth of the firm since he joined it in 2011. While highly skilled in the fields of tax and accounting, particularly as they relate to the medical industry, his greatest interest is in getting to know his clients and in helping to bring success to the business in which they are involved. He has extensive expertise in medical & hospitality industry accounting and provides proactive business consulting to the many closely held entities that he advises.

Bishok provides audit, accounting, tax compliance and planning services to clients in medical industry, home health care, hospitality and construction. He also assists clients with complex cross-border transactions, international taxations, foreign bank & assets reporting and financial management challenges. He also has extensive knowledge in Estate & Gift Tax and works closely with his clients to design specific estate planning tools for them whether it is for wealth management or succession planning.

He also provides firm’s attestation & assurances services. He currently leads Home Care Agency, SBA 8(a) and HUBZone, New York City sub-contractor and New York State LPCS financial statements’ audit & review engagements.

Bishok is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and Illinois.

He operates out of offices in Long Island (New York) and Brick (New Jersey).
